That it was close to the Portland train system, and other Amenities near by, like a Starbucks.
Paying for parking.
The pillows were actual pillow size and not the standard tiny square that is standard.
The place was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed with supplies.
It would have been nice to have a complimentary breakfast for the money. Also, the location is close to downtown, but more of an industrial area with a lot of chain restaurants.
Everything was great, but I would have liked to pay less, partly because of the Canadian dollar right now.
Staff was kind & thoughtful
We were on second floor too noisy
The restaurant food is good, but, pricey. Very accessible to the mall and other restaurants, all walking distance.
Clean rooms great friendly staff and the free shuttle to town. Since I didn't have to drive I could enjoy the dining experience much more.
I did not like the fact that when I booked I was not informed that this property only offered valet and no self parking. I have to pay extra $25 which which really meant that my room rate was $175 instead of the $150 that I thought I was paying. The women at the front desk said that I don't have to choose the valet service but if I don't I have to park outside on the streets and would have to keep feeding the meter. Who wants to get up early just to feed the meter! Wasn't happy about that option.
All staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Room was very comfortable, especially the bed and pillows, and I felt very safe during the entire stay.
The hotel staff was incredibly nice and helpful. When we arrived they gave us recommendations for where to eat/get a drink before the Blazers game. The room was very clean and the bed was comfy. We ended up eating at the restaurant and had some of the best burgers we've had in a while! Overall it was a great place to stay.
Please extend our sincere "Thank You" to your restaurant collegues Mr. Sergio who kindly offered to us 2 complimentary breakfast for 26th & 27th March - we appreciate his kindness as a Good Friday present to me and my wife. Thank You 2. Just a 2 mins walking distance to Catholic Holy Rosary Church which makes it perfect for our Easter weekend.
Front desk reception staff (s) must display a warm welcome attitude to guest check-in/checking out with full of courteousness.
Location was excellent for getting around Portland. Close to transit and lots of great place close by. Clean and comfortable room.
All staff were very friendly and helpful, especially valet parkers. Liked that there was a lobby bar area. Very Comfy bed.
Valet parking is the only option and it's expensive ($25 per day). This made the overall price not a great value. Also, there was a strange situation in our room that one of the two beds squeaked and jiggled intermittently on its own, even when nobody was in it! I think perhaps we had an air duct running under our floor. We showed the housekeeping staff as she was passing by and she looked like she wanted to get out of the room pronto...we noticed our room wasn't cleaned that day!
Clean, comfortable room.
Paying $25 a day for parking felt like a rip off. Restaurant food and menu not the greatest.
No microwave, the sheets weren't changed, small rooms, ignored my request for a microwave, way too little for the amount of money paid.
Everyone was very nice and the bed was comfortable and clean.
I wish I didn't have to pay to park and a complimentary breakfast would have been nice.
